About me
New clients can expect a holistic, thoughtful approach, one that takes the whole person into account while creating a care plan that’s truly centered around their unique needs and goals.
My typical process when working with clients begins by building a strong, trusting relationship. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel heard and supported. From there, I collaborate closely with each person to identify their goals and develop personalized strategies that empower them to take charge of their mental health.
I’m passionate about meeting people where they are and walking alongside them on their mental health journey. My approach is rooted in compassion, clinical expertise, and whole-person healing. Whether someone is navigating anxiety, depression, or a major life transition, I aim to create a safe, supportive space where they feel truly seen, heard, and empowered to grow.
As a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner, I bring over four years of experience in both inpatient psychiatry and outpatient care. I offer a thoughtful balance of psychopharmacology and supportive therapy.
