About me
I am a licensed therapist committed to helping adults move through grief and life transitions with empathy, resilience, and a sense of renewal.
Grief and change can feel overwhelming—and I know this not only as a therapist, but through my own lived experience. Loss has shaped my path and inspired me to help others find their way through the toughest seasons of life.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina and New Jersey, I specialize in working with adults facing grief, trauma, identity shifts, and major life transitions. I have extensive experience supporting Veterans, and I am deeply passionate about creating safe, affirming spaces for Black communities and other marginalized groups to heal and grow.
My style is compassionate, direct, and collaborative. I believe therapy should meet you where you are—offering practical tools, emotional support, and a space where your story is honored. With over 15 years in the field, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding of what it takes to rebuild after loss and trauma.
I offer virtual sessions during evenings and Saturdays, making support accessible and realistic for busy lives. Insurance is accepted through Headway and Grow, and we can discuss coverage during a free 15-minute consultation. Together, we’ll focus on resilience, healing, and renewal—because even in the hardest times, growth is possible.
