About me
I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. With six years of clinical experience, I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, family conflicts, and mood disorders including bipolar disorder.
My approach is grounded in compassion and cultural responsiveness. I create a welcoming space for clients of all backgrounds and identities, including LGBTQ+ individuals, older adults, and those exploring spirituality in various forms—whether faith-centered or secular.
I specialize in helping clients work through self-love, communication struggles, isolation, social anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, guilt and shame, forgiveness, attachment patterns, and life transitions like divorce and separation. I also support individuals exploring their life purpose and addressing control issues.
My therapeutic style is collaborative and person-centered. I believe in meeting you where you are and honoring your unique experiences and strengths. Whether you're seeking support for a specific concern or working toward deeper personal growth, I'm here to walk alongside you with genuine care and respect.
Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I'm honored to be part of your journey.
