About me
I am a dedicated therapist who is passionate about out helping individuals cope and process through their struggles from daily stressors and triggers to any kind of trauma.
I received a bachelors degree in behavioral health science from Grand Canyon University and my Masters of Social Work from the University of South Dakota. I currently am a licensed certified social worker in South Dakota as well as a Qualified Mental Health Professional.
I work with individuals as young as three years old all the way into adulthood. I have a person centered approach and strongly believe in meeting people where they aret. I believe that connection and building a strong therapeutic relationship is a key factor in healing and change. I am experienced in working with anxiety, depression, abuse and trauma, ADHD, adjustment, communication, parenting and family dynamics, suicide, grief, and an array of behavioral struggles.
