About me
I am a licensed and experienced therapist with many years working individually with adolescents, young adults, and their families, as well as the general adult population. I have particular experience with anxiety, depression, grief, school issues, and family conflict.
I have over 18 years years of experience as a therapist and currently own a private practice. I work to be empathetic, non-judgmental, and to provide a warm and safe space for clients to express their feelings. I use an integrative mix of evidenced based interventions to help my clients gain insight, empowerment, and peace of mind. I am here to listen to whatever clients feel they need to express and to provide feedback, emotional support, and to help clients learn new and healthy ways to cope with life challenges.
