About me
Life has a way of throwing big things our direction. When that happens, you do not have to carry it alone. I listen to understand, create space for growth, and help turn insight into meaningful change. My work is open-minded, empowering, and solution-focused, using a variety of approaches tailored to your needs. Together we will unpack it, make sense of it, and reshape it into a path forward that feels stronger, clearer, and more aligned with the life you want to live.
You don’t land here by accident.
Something in your life is asking for your attention. Maybe it’s anxiety that won’t quiet down. A relationship that feels off. A version of yourself you barely recognize anymore. Or maybe you’re just tired of carrying everything on your own.
I’m Shannon LaTray, LCPC, and this is therapy designed to meet you exactly where you are and help you move forward with clarity, strength, and direction.
This isn’t surface-level work. This is the kind of space where you can exhale, get honest, and finally make sense of what’s been weighing on you. Where patterns start to click. Where you stop second-guessing yourself and start trusting your own voice again.
With over 20 years in behavioral health and nearly a decade as a licensed therapist, I’ve worked with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, identity shifts, and major life transitions. I serve clients across multiple states through a private, telehealth-based model that prioritizes depth, flexibility, and real connection.
Because therapy should feel like it’s built for you, not squeezed into a system.
When we work together, you’re not just talking things out. You’re actively reshaping how you think, respond, and show up in your life. We’ll get underneath the surface, untangle what’s been keeping you stuck, and build tools that actually work in your real world.
Clients often tell me the same thing after a few sessions.
“I finally feel like I understand myself.”
“I feel lighter.”
“I know what to do next.”
That’s the goal. Not perfection. Not quick fixes. Real, lasting change.
If you’re ready for a space that is honest, grounded, and fully centered on you, you’re in the right place.
