About me

I provide a calm, supportive space where teens and adults can work through anxiety, grief, trauma, and life stress while building insight, resilience, and practical coping skills.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out on your own. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, grief, trauma, or a major life transition, therapy can help you feel more grounded, clear, and in control again.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 24 years of experience helping pre-teens, teens, college students, and adults navigate life’s more difficult seasons. I specialize in anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, and stress, and I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, somatic work, DBT, and EMDR.

My style is warm, supportive, and collaborative—but also practical and focused. Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to start, and together we begin by creating clarity and small, meaningful steps forward. Along the way, you’ll build coping skills, increase self-understanding, and feel more confident in handling what’s in front of you.

I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and not judged—while also helping you make real progress. Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or endless; it can be a place where you start to feel better, sooner than you might expect.
