I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor passionate about helping people move from feeling stuck or disconnected to living with greater joy, purpose and fulfillment.
I’m Shanna Sanders, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience supporting adults in improving their mental and emotional well-being. My own personal healing journey led me to this work, and I continue to be inspired by the resilience, growth, and change I witness in my clients every day.

I specialize in working with adults who feel overwhelmed, depleted, anxious, unfulfilled, or disconnected from themselves. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can gain tools to move through life’s seasons with compassion, clarity, and direction.
What to Expect
In our first session, we’ll explore what brings you into therapy and begin identifying the goals you’d like to work toward. From there, we’ll collaborate on strategies that help you feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned with the life you want to create. Many, times my clients are able to unravel what’s holding them back from the life they’ve always envisioned.
