I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience supporting adults in improving their mental and emotional well-being.
I work with individuals who feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed, helping them develop insight, build resilience, and create healthier patterns.
My work is informed by both clinical training and personal healing. I am continually inspired by the growth and change I witness in my clients.
My Approach
I specialize in working with adults who feel overwhelmed, depleted, anxious, unfulfilled, or disconnected from themselves. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can gain tools to move through life’s seasons with compassion, clarity, and direction. Therapy is a process of self-discovery and growth, I tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.
What to Expect
In our first session, we’ll explore what brings you into therapy and begin identifying the goals you’d like to work toward. From there, we’ll collaborate on strategies that help you feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned with the life you want to create. Many, times my clients are able to unravel what’s holding them back from the life they’ve always envisioned.
