About me
I am a licensed professional in New Jersey with over five years of clinical experience supporting individuals across a wide range of mental health concerns. My work focuses on helping clients navigate stress, anxiety, trauma, and experiences of abuse, while also addressing challenges related to motivation, self-esteem, and depression.
I have specialized experience working with ADHD, gender dysphoria, and sexual impulsivity, and I strive to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their identities and experiences safely. In addition, I am a certified sex offender treatment provider, with training in evidence-based approaches to risk reduction, accountability, and behavioral change.
My approach is client-centered and tailored to each individual’s unique needs, with an emphasis on building resilience, fostering insight, and supporting meaningful, lasting growth.
