About me

Life can become heavy when you are the person everyone depends on. You may be managing work, relationships, family, responsibilities, and everyone else's needs while quietly realizing that you are exhausted, overwhelmed, or no longer sure where you fit into your own life.

I work with women who are ready to slow down long enough to understand what is happening beneath the stress. Together, we can look at the patterns, relationships, thoughts, expectations, and responsibilities that may be keeping you stuck. My approach is practical, emotionally grounded, and solution-focused. I believe understanding the problem matters—but I also believe therapy should help you do something with what you discover.

In our work, we may focus on managing anxiety and stress, emotional regulation, life transitions, relationship and family patterns, communication, guilt and shame, self-worth, boundaries, and rebuilding trust in yourself. I use a systems perspective, which means we won't automatically assume that everything you are experiencing exists solely because something is “wrong” with you. We will also look at the environments, relationships, roles, and experiences that have shaped how you learned to survive, respond, and carry responsibility.

You won't have to learn a bunch of clinical language to work with me. I want therapy to make sense in your real life. I will listen, ask questions, help you recognize patterns, and gently challenge you when needed—but you will be doing the work. My role isn't to tell you how to live your life. It's to help you become clearer, more regulated, and more confident in making decisions that align with the life you want.

For clients who desire it, I am also comfortable incorporating Christian faith into therapy. Faith is never assumed or imposed; it is included based on your preferences and what is meaningful to you.

My hope is that you don't simply leave therapy understanding yourself better. I want you to leave lighter, clearer, and better equipped to handle what happens when life gets heavy again.
