About me

I help adults navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the moments when life simply feels overwhelming.

Therapy should feel like a space where you can show up as yourself, without judgment and without feeling like you have to have everything figured out before you walk through the door. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, major life transitions, stress, and the complicated moments when life feels overwhelming or uncertain.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that therapy works best when it feels like a genuine human connection. I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies, while tailoring our work to your individual needs, personality, and goals. I’m not interested in forcing you into a one-size-fits-all version of therapy.

My clinical background includes crisis intervention, behavioral health, substance use and co-occurring disorders, family work, and supporting individuals through complex and high-stress situations. That experience has taught me the importance of meeting people where they are while also helping them build practical skills, recognize patterns, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change.

Whether you're dealing with persistent anxiety, trying to make sense of past experiences, struggling in relationships, adjusting to a new chapter of life, or simply realizing that something needs to change, you don't have to have the entire path mapped out before beginning therapy. We can figure out the next steps together.

I currently provide virtual therapy to adults throughout Connecticut.
