Hi, I’m Shanelle Damaso, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering online therapy to individuals and families across Florida. I specialize in supporting people through anxiety, depression, chronic pain, low self-esteem, school stress, life transitions, and more. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I use evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) to help you better understand yourself, develop coping tools, and take meaningful steps forward. I also offer trauma-informed, culturally responsive care, and when welcomed, can integrate faith-based support rooted in my Christian background and Jamaican heritage.
