About me
Clients can look forward to a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where they’re truly heard and valued.
Each session focuses on understanding the whole person—mind, body, and environment—so care can be personalized to meet their unique needs. Together, we’ll explore the connection between mental and physical health, gain insight into symptoms, and develop practical, evidence-based strategies for feeling better. Whether working through anxiety, depression, mood changes, or health-related stress, clients can expect compassionate guidance, useful tools, and a care plan that fosters stability, confidence, and long-term wellness.
I’m a dual-certified Nurse Practitioner with more than eight years of experience as an NP and over thirteen years in nursing, board-certified in both Adult-Gerontology Primary Care and Psychiatric-Mental Health. My background includes work in primary care, outpatient cardiology, and psychiatry, which allows me to take an integrative approach that supports both physical and emotional well-being. Over the years, I’ve built a strong foundation in managing chronic conditions, promoting preventive care, and addressing behavioral health needs. My time in cardiology strengthened my understanding of complex medical concerns, while my psychiatric training deepened my ability to help clients navigate life’s emotional challenges. Driven by compassion and a genuine desire to care for the whole person, I pursued advanced training in psychiatry to bridge the gap between physical and mental health.
