About me

I help adults and couples understand the patterns that keep them stuck, manage anxiety and relationship challenges, and make meaningful changes in their lives. My approach combines insight with practical tools to help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.

Maybe you find yourself overthinking conversations, worrying about how others see you, struggling to set boundaries, or repeating the same patterns in relationships. Perhaps you and your partner keep having the same argument without ever really resolving it. Or maybe you simply feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward.
I bring 15+ years of experience working with adults and couples who want more than a place to talk. Therapy should absolutely provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to be heard, but I also believe it should help you better understand yourself, recognize the patterns shaping your life, and develop practical tools you can use in your life.
For couples, therapy may involve understanding the patterns underneath recurring conflict, strengthening communication, rebuilding emotional connection, navigating infidelity or other breaches of trust, addressing intimacy concerns, or making important decisions about the future of the relationship. We work to understand what is happening between you and how each person can participate in creating something healthier for both.
My approach is warm, collaborative, direct, and nonjudgmental. I integrate psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-informed approaches based on each client's needs. This allows us to combine deeper exploration with practical strategies for change. When spirituality or personal beliefs are meaningful to you, they can also have a place in our work.
You do not need to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. Sometimes knowing that something isn't working anymore is enough of a starting point. We can begin there, connect the dots between where you've been and where you are now, and determine where you'd like to go next.
If you're ready to move toward a life and relationships that feel more aligned with who you are and what matters to you, I look forward to working alongside you.
