My work draws upon over 35 years of study and practice of diverse therapeutic modalities including Depth Psychology, Somatic work, Internal Family Systems, Eco-therapy, Nature connection, Trauma Recovery, NARM, and Eastern/Celtic Wisdom Traditions.
