About me
neurodiverse, biromantic, asexual, non-binary therapist who will explain the "why" behind therapy techniques they use
I treat anxiety, burnout, depression, and trauma (religious, sexual, relational, emotional, CPTSD). I provide an affirming space for autistic, ADHD, and LGBTQIA+ folks, including those seeking gender affirming care. My approach is collaborative - you are the expert on your life, and I am here to support you by providing information about mental health. In session, I bring my experience as a queer, AuDHD therapist to help build a human connection. Outside of therapy, I enjoy traveling, playing board games and D&D, watching Formula 1, or reading. My favorite quote from Anthony Doerr’s, All the Light We Cannot See, sums up my counseling philosophy: “Why else do any of this if not to become who we want to be?”
