About me
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over a decade of experience helping individuals and families navigate life’s most difficult challenges. My background spans hospital-based social work, crisis intervention, and behavioral health, giving me a deep understanding of how stress, trauma, relationships, and health can impact mental wellbeing.
I take a supportive and collaborative approach, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, or life transitions, my goal is to create a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
In addition to my clinical work, I hold master’s degrees in both Social Work and Health Administration, which allows me to integrate practical problem-solving with emotional support. Clients often describe me as compassionate, dependable, and down-to-earth—I strive to balance insight with real-world strategies that help you move forward.
If you’re looking for someone who will meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you build resilience and clarity, I’d be honored to work with you.
