About me
I'm a licensed therapist in Ohio dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. My work focuses on helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, and sleep difficulties with compassion and clarity.
I specialize in working with a wide range of concerns, including communication struggles, life purpose exploration, social anxiety, guilt and shame, panic disorder, PTSD, mood disorders, and workplace challenges. I also have particular expertise supporting men's issues, military and veteran experiences, first responders, those recovering from traumatic brain injury, and fathers navigating the complexities of fatherhood.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and a deep respect for each client's values and worldview. I believe in creating a therapeutic space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you work toward meaningful change. Whether you're processing past trauma, managing current stress, or seeking greater clarity about your life's direction, I'm here to walk alongside you with honesty, stability, and genuine care.
I'm honored by the trust clients place in me, and I'm committed to helping you build the resilience and insight you need to move forward.
