I have over 30 years of experience in assisting clients in working through their concerns about trauma, anxiety, anger, relationship issues, amongst other issues, that I have helped my clients overcome.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I am here to work with you to become a better you. I utilize several different strategies/techniques such as Motivational Interviewing, Brainspotting, Goal Setting, Behavior Management, Internal Systems, Mindfulness, and others,to assist my clients in moving forward in their lives.
