About me
I am an experienced clinician who helps adults feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or shaped by past experiences find steadiness, insight, and a way forward.
I am a licensed clinician with advanced training in trauma, complex life experiences, and relational difficulties. My work is informed by years of experience supporting adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or shaped by experiences that continue to affect their sense of safety, identity, or connection with others.
I take a thoughtful, collaborative approach to therapy, helping clients make sense of patterns that developed for good reasons but may no longer be serving them. Therapy with me is grounded, respectful, and paced carefully, with an emphasis on building stability, insight, and practical tools for navigating daily life. I aim to create a space where clients feel understood without being judged or rushed.
I work with adults facing trauma histories, chronic stress, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Whether you are seeking clarity, relief, or meaningful change, therapy can be a place to slow down, reflect, and move forward in a way that feels steady and sustainable.
