About me
I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals and families through life's most meaningful transitions and challenges. With experience working across the lifespan, I specialize in helping clients navigate stress, anxiety, relationship dynamics, and self-esteem concerns. I'm particularly passionate about supporting women through various life stages—from young adulthood through aging—including postpartum experiences, fertility journeys, and seasonal mood changes.
My approach centers on strengthening communication, exploring life purpose, and fostering forgiveness and healing within relationships. I work with families navigating blended dynamics, adoption, and family-of-origin patterns, as well as individuals processing attachment, body image, and control issues. I'm also honored to support clients facing end-of-life transitions and grief.
I bring a values-centered perspective to my work, honoring the importance of faith and personal beliefs in the healing process. My goal is to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you feel understood and supported as you move toward greater peace and purpose in your life.
