I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts, who offer psychotherapy for children (11 or above) and adults in private practice setting.

It is sometimes difficult to reflect and learn about ourselves. Through our sessions, I would like to learn together about you, your behaviors, coping mechanisms, and where your struggles are coming from. I offer psychotherapy for children (11 or above) and adults in private practice either remotely or in person in my office in Arlington, Massachusetts.

I use a strengths-based approach, focusing on acceptance, and supportive, insighted oriented, internal family system, mindfullness, psyco-ed, and/or cognitive behavioral therapy and mix of those. I have been working with individuals struggling with marriage and relationships, family issues, stress, anxiety, depression, school avoidance, and life adjustments.

I will use the first 60 min. for an initial assessment. During our next 45 or 60 min. session, we will discuss your goals and what approaches work for you.

I also work as a social worker and an advocate. Resourcefulness is my strength. If you want to solve any issues via case management, I am happy to help that way as well.
