I offer a focused, confidential space to work through what's in front of you right now — I'll coach you through it with tools chosen for how you personally think and cope. We build on what's already working for you, and realign what isn't, so you feel calm and like yourself again. Reaching out can feel strange when you're used to handling everything yourself.
