About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps adolescents and adults navigate grief, reproductive health challenges, depression, anxiety, and life transitions.
Our lives are shaped by the stories we inherit, carry, and create. In therapy, we can reflect on the narratives that no longer serve you and open space for new ones that foster healing and growth.
I take a relational, systemic approach, helping you understand your experiences within the larger context of relationships, identity, and environment. My work focuses on grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. I am also a Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist and support clients through reproductive health challenges, including perinatal, hormonal, and fertility-related concerns. Both grief and reproductive experiences can bring profound change, and while we cannot return to life before, we can move forward toward healing and peace.
I strive to create an inclusive, affirming space where your story is honored. Together, we’ll hold what’s been and imagine what’s possible—with curiosity, compassion, and the courage to write something new.
