About me
Thank you for reading my profile. I am an experienced clinical social worker who worked in schools for 30 years. I speak Spanish and French and am dedicated to helping adults find solutions and relief from depression, anxiety, grief and life transitions. We will meet virtually from the privacy of your own home or office.
If you are seeking therapy, you probably have a deep desire for hope and healing. I look forward to partnering with you to explore skills to help you live a more fulfilled life. You can do hard things! I am non-judgmental and experienced with a wide variety of clients. I believe in your inherent worth.
I enjoy getting to know different types of people. We are all unique and have our own life narratives. I have special experience with parents of children with disabilities and both recent and first generation immigrants.
I am also an environmental educator and try to find time outdoors for hiking, cycling or playing pickleball.
