I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in trauma recovery. I am trained in EMDR and AIT. I am passionate about helping people move forward and no longer feeling stuck.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I work with a variety of clients, many of whom have a trauma background. I use EMDR, AIT and DBT in my sessions. The clinician-client relationship is important and flexibility with treatment is necessary in achieving change. We work together to get you to where you want to be. EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and is used to treat people that have been through trauma. I use it depending on your needs and goals in therapy. I have noticed that clients feel relief from depression, anxiety and flashbacks in a couple of sessions. I also use meditation, guided imagery, DBT and AIT. I also offer an EMDR group.
I consider myself a client-centered therapist, which means I meet you where you are and treatment depends on your needs. My training and background make my clinical approach unique.
