About me
I believe in the healing power of authentic therapeutic relationships and research-based care for children, individuals, couples, and families. I am a doctoral student and clinical mental health counselor [pre-licensed] with a specialty in marriage and family therapy including perinatal clients. I am deeply passionate about mental health care for children especially those with challenges related to tough behaviors, anxiety, and those experiencing parental separation/divorce. I have a sub-speciality in spiritual integration for those who desire a faith-based therapeutic experience.
Do you struggle to feel connected in your relationships with others? Do you feel exhausted and overwhelmed just trying to make it through the day? Do you wonder if your silent struggles could be better? Now more than ever people are feeling helpless about overcoming emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. Not addressing these emotions and behaviors can lead to long term issues for you and your loved ones. I believe there is hope for healing. You do not have to struggle in silence.
With options for in-person or virtual sessions and no waitlist, I offer a safe, holistic, and supportive space for your emotional, behavioral, and relational needs. Equipping individuals, couples, families, and children with the skills they need to be resilient and confident problem-solvers is my passion. Call today for a free consultation and we will create lasting change together.
