About me
I’m a seasoned therapist with decades of training and experience with helping young adults through seniors with anxiety, depression, self respect, grief and the challenges of parenting, grandparenting and the aging process. I find that my experience combined with my non- judgmental and compassionate approach enables people to improve their lives.
I enjoy helping people via a variety of modalities, tailored to meet the client, to empower them to make changes to become be their best selves. I offer weekly sessions, both in person , phone or telehealth via zoom to those who want to grow.
