Hi, I’m Sarah, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I specialize in helping individuals navigate challenges related to anxiety, trauma, depression and relationships through a compassionate and client-centered approach. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can heal, grow, and build meaningful coping strategies. I incorporate CBT, solution focused therapy, mindfulness, and a person-centered therapy to tailor therapy to each individual’s needs.
