About me
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my counseling approach involves listening to your story, gaining an understanding of your goals, and collaborating with you to develop a customized treatment plan. I provide holistic faith-based Christian counseling (via Telehealth technology) and practical skills to foster healing in your life.
I work with individuals, families and couples through life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, academic or career issues, low-self-esteem, relationship issues and chronic illness/pain.
In addition to being a mental health and wellness therapist, I also have experience as an emergency/crisis counselor, spiritual leader, early childhood consulting, hospice, military/Veteran services and advocacy.
