About me

Hi, I’m Sarah, a licensed counselor dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate the challenges of anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, relationship dynamics, and disordered eating. I believe therapy should be a safe and collaborative space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.

As a licensed counselor, I’m passionate about creating a supportive and collaborative space where individuals and couples feel seen, heard, and empowered to make meaningful change. I specialize in working with mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, relationship challenges, and disordered eating—areas where emotional complexity and personal growth often intersect.

My approach is rooted in compassion, evidence-based practice, and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey. Whether you’re navigating persistent anxiety, struggling with self-esteem, managing the ups and downs of ADHD, or seeking connection and understanding in your relationships, I aim to help you build insight, develop coping strategies, and move toward lasting well-being.

In my work, I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and emotionally focused therapy (EFT) for couples. I also integrate mindfulness and somatic awareness to support a more holistic healing process.

My goal is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you move toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and fulfilling.
