About me
I'm a therapist with six years of experience supporting individuals through some of life's most challenging moments. I work with clients across the lifespan, with particular expertise in trauma, anxiety, grief, and self-esteem concerns. I'm especially passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and those navigating complex emotional experiences.
My focus areas include stress and anxiety, posttraumatic stress, panic disorder, attachment issues, mood disorders, and social anxiety. I work with youth teens and adults on communication, isolation, loneliness, guilt and shame, codependency, and building self-love.
I practice from a client-centered, trauma-informed perspective, believing that healing happens in a space of safety, respect, and genuine connection. My approach draws on evidence-based practices tailored to your unique needs and pace. I'm here to walk alongside you with compassion and care as you work toward meaningful change and greater wellbeing.
