About me
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 30 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges with compassion and practical guidance. I am also a Qualified Supervisor in the state of Florida for Social Work Registered Interns.
I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and complex mental health concerns that may involve medical conditions, addictions, or intellectual disabilities across the adult lifespan. My approach is rooted in evidence-based therapies, tailored to each person’s goals, and considers the whole individual or couple.
Through my practice, Through The Mill Counseling, I offer virtual outpatient services that make high-quality mental health care accessible and convenient. I’m passionate about helping clients develop coping skills, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful change. Whether you’re navigating daily stressors or working through more complex challenges, I provide a supportive space where healing and growth can happen.
