At Growth Mindset Psychotherapy we offer a safe place to process your thoughts, learn skills to navigate life, and be met with compassion and understanding. I work with teens, adults, and couples facing obstacles such as trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and low self-esteem. I provide both insight-oriented therapy along with practical skills to improve confidence, attachment within relationships, depressive and anxious symptoms, and self-expression.
