About me
My passion as a clinician is to create safe spaces for clients who feel rejected and/or marginalized by mainstream society. My objective is to make sure that you feel comfortable enough to process any experience or challenge, while providing the necessary coping skills to navigate your individual lives.
In over a decade of practicing therapy I have worked with clients on a variety of issues ranging from struggles with life transitions and changes, substance use/abuse, anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA+ affirming, relationship issues, and familial conflicts. My treatment approach is client/person-centered and humanistic where I act as a supportive guide along whatever journey you are currently navigating. Please note - I only work with individual adults and do not provide couple's therapy.
