Hi, I’m Sarah Leveillee, a licensed mental health counselor offering online therapy to adults throughout Rhode Island. I believe that finding the right therapist matters and that meaningful change begins with a strong, supportive therapeutic relationship. My goal is to create a space where you can be yourself, feel comfortable, and say what’s actually on your mind.

Many of the people I work with feel stuck in cycles of worry, uncertainty, or self-criticism. Others are navigating identity shifts, relationship challenges, or trying to reconnect with themselves during a particularly demanding time in life. Whether you're managing anxiety, adjusting to a major change, or struggling to feel like yourself again, therapy can provide a space to slow down, gain clarity, and move forward with greater confidence.

With over a decade of experience in the counseling field, I specialize in supporting adults experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, substance use concerns, and life transitions. I also have advanced training in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International and enjoy working with individuals who are pregnant, postpartum, or adjusting to the many changes that can come with parenthood.

My style is warm, collaborative, and practical. I work alongside you to identify patterns, build new skills, and develop a deeper understanding of your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we'll create space for self-compassion and focus on the things that matter most to you, even when difficult thoughts or feelings show up along the way.
