About me
I am an experienced clinical psychologist dedicated to helping people work through body dissatisfaction and disordered eating.
As a licensed clinical psychologist, I specialize in guiding people who want to have a compassionate connection with their body and be at ease with food.
Are you exhausted by all the negative thoughts about your body?
Do you long for a more flexible and balanced relationship with food?
You are not alone.
Many of my clients have felt exactly the same way before starting on a path towards healing.
Together we get curious in a way that is, open, receptive, and non-judgmental. Sometimes this process is playful, and sometimes I encourage us to look deeper at the hard things. We’ll notice some of the ways that your lived experience has taught you to think about yourself, about others, and what to expect from the world. We’ll observe and reconnect with parts of yourself that need your compassion the most.
Through this mutual exploration, we’ll hold in mind the belief that you can reconnect with your capacity for self-compassion and come to recognize that you’ve always been worthy of your own love and affection.
So when you’re ready, let’s sit crooked and talk straight!
