About me
As a licensed clinical psychologist, I provide specialized treatment for Eating Disorders, OCD, Anxiety, and Depression.
Many of my clients are adolescents or adults ready to let go of patterns of perfectionism, disordered eating, and body shame. Often these issues come with rigid rules and a loud internal critic. Together, we’ll work to quiet the noise, build emotional resilience, and foster a compassionate connection with yourself.
My approach is weight-inclusive, trauma-informed, and anti-diet. I use Compassion Focused Therapy, an evidence based approach that expands on CBT for the specific and nuanced needs of healing from an eating disorder. I help my clients understand the ‘why’ behind surface level symptoms and feel seen as a whole person.
Recovery is brave work, but it doesn’t have to be lonely. When you’re ready, let’s connect.
