About me
I have experience working with adolescents, teens, and adults. I have experience with foster care/ adoption with adolescents and guardians. I have worked with various mental health diagnoses, such as anxiety, depression, crisis, and low self-esteem.
I provide therapy to adolescents (ages 10-18), young college students, and adults (18+). I primarily work with anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal ideation and self-harm, life transitions, behavioral concerns, low self-esteem, adoption/foster care, and ADHD. I aim to empower all my clients and work in collaboration with clients to overcome life challenges and learn to cope with emotions and life stressors. I work with clients to achieve their counseling goals.
I counsel from a holistic perspective where I emphasize total wellness for my clients. I approach all sessions with compassion and empathy, and am passionate about creating a safe and comfortable space for all clients. She believes counseling can be fun, and she incorporates psychoeducational games and activities when appropriate.
I look forward to hearing from and meeting with potential clients. Beginning counseling can feel scary, and I want to commend you for taking the first step in seeking counseling.
