About me

I am a strength based therapist who strives to empower children, adolescents, and adults to live fulfilling and meaningful lives. Over the last 15 years, I have worked with clients on managing depression, anxiety, traumas, life transitions, etc. I have worked with clients in the LGBTQIA+ community and assisted with navigating though questions about gender identity, expression, and sexual identity. I strive to meet clients where they are by creating a safe space to talk, helping clients to freely express themselves, and process through emotions in an environment that is safe and nonjudgmental.

I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I am trained in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and use a variety of techniques, interventions and modalities in session, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. I am also in training to become certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
