About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through a wide range of life challenges. I work with clients of all backgrounds, with a particular focus on helping older adults navigate their unique needs and concerns.
My practice encompasses depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and trauma. I'm also experienced in supporting clients through mood disorders, panic attacks, post traumatic stress, and obsessive-compulsive patterns. Beyond these core areas, I've worked with clients facing life transitions—including divorce, midlife changes, pregnancy, postpartum challenges, and workplace stress—as well as those managing chronic pain, sexual concerns, and attachment-related issues.
I'm skilled in addressing isolation, social anxiety, guilt, shame, and abandonment wounds. I also support clients navigating caregiver stress, financial concerns, body image struggles, codependency patterns, and self-harm. My work with trauma includes supporting survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence.
I bring a compassionate, collaborative approach to therapy, meeting each client where they are. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences and build meaningful change at your own pace. I'm honored to support you on your healing journey.
