About me
I am a licensed mental health counselor who is dedicated to working with women, and college age to cope with trauma, anxiety, depression, daily stress, and life changes.
If you’re feeling stressed, anxious, or navigating a difficult life change, you’re not alone. I work with adult women, college students, and teens who want support in better understanding their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I am a trauma-certified therapist with experience supporting women healing from sexual and physical abuse, as well as childhood trauma. Together, we can work on helping you feel more comfortable in your body and better regulate your nervous system. I often use DBT to support this process. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, we will create a safe, supportive space where you can feel supported, and heard.
I understand that beginning the therapeutic journey can feel intimidating. Please know I am here to work with you at your pace and comfort level.
