Sarah Dunn, LPC

Hello, I'm Sarah Dunn (she/her), a Licensed Professional Counselor at Pathways to Success Counseling, LLC.

I have extensive experience in mental health, career counseling, and crisis intervention, and I work with children (ages 4–12), teens (13–19), and adults through individual mental health counseling.

I specialize in creating a supportive, inclusive, and affirming space where individuals can build confidence, develop essential coping skills, and feel empowered in their healing journey. I provide support for anxiety, depression, PTSD/trauma, ADHD, and a variety of other life challenges.

In addition to individual therapy, I offer structured group therapy sessions focused on communication, emotional regulation, socialization, and life skills. These include anti-bullying support, LEGO-based DBT groups, and career development workshops—each designed to help clients overcome obstacles and move forward with purpose.

My therapeutic approach is personalized and client-centered. I incorporate DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and narrative techniques to support each client’s unique path.

I’m committed to honoring and celebrating diversity. I welcome clients of all backgrounds, including those who identify as LGBTQ+, are neurodivergent, or come from diverse cultural and lived experiences. My goal is to provide a space where everyone feels respected, seen, and supported.
