About me

I specialize in helping late-diagnosed and high-masking neurodivergent adults heal from trauma, burnout, and chronic nervous system overwhelm. Using EMDR, somatic therapy, and a neuro-affirming approach, I help clients move beyond insight alone to create meaningful, lasting change after years of feeling stuck in traditional talk therapy.

You may appear "high functioning" on the outside while internally feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in survival mode. Many of my clients are late-diagnosed or high-masking neurodivergent adults who have spent years in traditional talk therapy understanding themselves logically, yet still feel emotionally and physically stuck.

I specialize in working with adults navigating ADHD, autism, AuDHD, trauma, chronic stress, burnout, and nervous system dysregulation. If you've spent years masking, overthinking, people-pleasing, or pushing through exhaustion, therapy may have helped you gain insight—but not helped your nervous system feel safe enough to truly heal.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and neuro-affirming. I integrate EMDR, somatic therapy, attachment-focused work, and nervous system regulation strategies to help clients move beyond insight alone and create meaningful, lasting change. Rather than focusing on "fixing" who you are, we'll work to better understand your brain, your nervous system, and the patterns that developed to help you survive, while building greater regulation, authenticity, and self-compassion.

I know how vulnerable it can feel to begin therapy, especially if you've spent much of your life feeling misunderstood or believing you had to hold everything together on your own. My goal is to provide a space where you feel deeply understood, accepted, and supported as we work together toward a life that feels more sustainable, connected, and aligned with who you truly are.
