About me
I’m a trauma-informed therapist dedicated to helping adults heal, feel grounded, and move forward with confidence.
“Trauma shatters the illusion of invincibility, but in that vulnerability lies the seeds of strength.” – Jayneen Sanders
Hi, I’m Sarah. I work with individuals who are ready to process trauma, find clarity, and move toward healing. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen and empowered to grow at your own pace. You are the expert in your own life, and therapy should reflect that. Everyone deserves to feel hope, wholeness, and happiness.
I help adults facing trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, life transitions, domestic violence, and narcissistic abuse. I offer a warm, collaborative space rooted in trauma-informed, strengths-based care. My work is especially focused on empowering women and supporting personal transformation.
I know how important it is to find a therapist who feels like the right fit. Clients describe me as easy to talk to, genuine, and empathetic. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or ready for a shift, I’d be honored to support you. Let’s explore whether we’re a good fit your healing matters.
