I am trained in Brainspotting, a powerful, brain-based therapy that helps release trauma and regulate the nervous system. Whether you’re working through past wounds, managing daily stress, or striving for personal growth, I tailor therapy to your unique needs—never pushing, always supporting. Being neurodivergent myself, I also specialize in working with adults with ADHD as an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider
