About me
I am a experienced LMFT who works with adolescents and adults dealing with grief, anxiety, depression, difficulties with concentration and focus, attachment issues, and life transitions. It is incredibly rewarding working with clients who are sincere, willing to be vulnerable, and motivated to make positive changes. My goal is to assist you in developing coping skills and setting achievable goals to tackle the challenges you’re facing. As your therapist, I aim to help you recognize and understand your entire self, along with how your past and present experiences influence your well-being.
I provide a safe, supportive space for clients to feel heard and encouraged to pursue meaningful change. Though change can be uncomfortable, it’s also a crucial part of personal growth and development. Embracing change allows us to break free from old patterns, discover new perspectives, and ultimately move closer to our goals.
We all face challenges in life, and seeking support takes real courage. By looking for a therapist, you’ve already taken the first step on your journey. With telehealth options for California residents available, I'm here to support you as you embark on this path. If you’re ready to put in the effort, I encourage you to schedule an appointment with me today!
