About me

Hi, I am Sarah — a trauma‑informed, person‑centred therapist offering a calm, grounded space where you can speak freely, feel understood, and begin to make sense of what you’re carrying. My work is rooted in compassion, emotional safety, and deep respect for your lived experience.

I have over six years in private practice and a background in supporting neurodivergent individuals, people navigating trauma, and those moving through complex life transitions. My approach is relational and integrative, drawing on person‑centred therapy, attachment theory, mindfulness, and creative tools such as writing, metaphor, and imagery to help you explore your inner world at a pace that feels right for you.

I support clients with trauma, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and the emotional impact of neurodivergence. I also work with clients experiencing burnout, chronic stress, and difficulties with emotional regulation. Sessions are collaborative and tailored to your needs — whether you are seeking clarity, stability, or a safe place to reconnect with yourself.

Alongside my therapeutic work, I am a qualified mindfulness coach and often integrate grounding and regulation practices to support nervous‑system safety and resilience.

I hold an MSc in Psychology and a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (CPCAB). I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP).

If you are looking for a warm, steady space to explore what is happening in your life, I am here to walk alongside you.
