About me
I aim to help clients build lives for themselves that they find meaningful and worth living. I have six years of experience providing therapy and assessment to individuals with a wide range of concerns, including (but not limited to) anxiety, depression, trauma, BPD, OCD, bipolar disorder, stress, body image concerns, and low self-esteem. I also provide a safe space for clients to explore their sexuality and gender identity. Additionally, my work is LGBTQ+ affirming, sex positive, and health at every size informed.
It takes courage to ask for help. Whether you are ready to make a big change or aren't sure if therapy is right for you, I'm here to meet you where you are and help you figure out where to go from here.
My approach to therapy is eclectic, as I believe the needs of each person are unique. Therapy approaches I incorporate into my work are acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based therapy, and client-centered therapy.
