About me
I am an experienced Mental Health Clinician dedicated to helping people deal with life's struggles and relate to themselves and others better.
I have over 25 years of experience as a psychotherapist helping people get unstuck and relate better to themselves and others so that each one can become the best version of themselves. I am person-centered—meaning that you, the client, are in-charge of the process of change. I have extensive experience in treating anxiety and depression, but work with a variety of issues including grief and relationship issues. I use a mixture of therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness to assist you in making the changes you desire.
Many people come to counseling because they want to make significant changes in their lives and are interested in the supportive, non-judgmental assistance that counseling can provide. Others seek counseling because change or other difficult circumstances have been thrust on them. My goal for counseling is to assist you in making positive steps toward achieving wellness in mind, body, and spirit.
I am currently providing services to adults and teenagers. I invite you to take the next step and give me a call or send an email to set up a time to meet that fits your schedule. The journey awaits.
